| Donnie graduated from Missouri Western State University with a degree in Business Administration while on scholarship for baseball. He was selected MIAA freshman of the year and MIAA all conference team in 1993. In September 2003 he co-founded VersaDox with the mindset of building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding products and services. Donnie currently resides in Grain Valley, Mo with his wife Lisa. During his free time he enjoys competitive fishing and is a member of the Blue Springs Bass Club. |

| John graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in finance. After graduating he began his career in litigation support with Lanier Professional Services. With over ten years of experience and service, he has established tremendous relationships and acquired a breadth of knowledge in document management and the electronic discovery process. He prides himself on providing “best practices” consulting when it comes to managing your projects from beginning to end. John currently resides in Lee’s Summit. He is an avid golfer and sporting enthusiast. |

| Mike graduated from Rockhurst College in 1999, earning a Business Administration degree while on scholarship for baseball. Upon graduation he attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received his Master’s Degree in Sport Business Management. He has worked in the Document Management/Litigation Support industry since March of 2003. Mike joined the VERSADOX team in October of 2010 as an equity partner. His primary focus is on sales and new client development. Mike currently resides in Liberty, Mo. with his wife Jill and their dog Boone. He is a sports enthusiast, enjoying virtually every sport and outdoor activity. |

| Carlos began his career as a legal assistant with a local Plaintiff’s firm. From there he ventured into the service provider side and the rest is history. Carlos has 15 plus years experience managing accounts and projects. He prides himself on customer service, attention to detail and industry knowledge. He currently resides in Gladstone, MO with his wife Antoinette. He enjoys spending time with his family and almost any activity involving the outdoors. |

| Jimmy graduated from UMKC with a degree in English. Upon graduation, he began his career in the litigation support industry with Legal America. Jimmy is the key cog of all things technology. Throughout his 10 year career he has earned accreditations from virtually every software provider in the e-discovery industry. He is continually researching and learning to ensure that VERSADOX is always on the cutting edge of technology; but more importantly, providing the most accurate and time saving solutions for our valued customers. Jimmy currently resides in the Waldo area with his wife Shannan and their two sons, Finn and Joe. |
